Activity prices are for foreign visitors (VAT not included). Colombian nationals pay an additional 19% VAT.
Conditions
- 19% VAT (IVA) for Colombian nationals applies to lodging and to activities (foreign visitors do not pay VAT on activities).
- Meals are subject to an 8% consumption tax (impoconsumo), for foreign visitors and Colombian nationals alike.
- Safari and sunrise rates vary with group size: private (1–3 pax), shared (1–9 pax) and groups of more than 10 pax.
- Everyone over 7 years old pays 100% for activities; children under 5 are free of charge (100% courtesy).
- Tour leader free of charge (100% courtesy) for groups of 10 people or more.
- Rates do not include alcoholic drinks, shop items or laundry services.
Cancellation policy
- After payment, 20% of the total booking value is charged, for any reason, up to 15 days before arrival.
- Cancellation between 15 and 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total value.
- Cancellation between 5 days before arrival and the arrival day: 80% of the total value.
- Booking confirmed in writing without payment: the penalty corresponding to the cancellation date is charged.
