The Foundation was created on 23 March 1997 by public deed No. 1229, signed by Mr Nelson Arturo Barragán Plata, Andrés Reyes Díaz and Klaus Puth Aranguren, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Casanare under number 245 of Book 1 of the Register of Non-Profit Entities.
The main purpose of FUNDACIÓN PRODESARROLLO DE CASANARE is to help improve the quality of life of the communities in its area of influence through Education, Environmental Conservation and Community Development, and in general through any lawful activity that serves to achieve that purpose.
Mission
We help keep the traditions of the Llanos alive by fostering cultural development, running ecological programmes and protecting the environment.
Vision
To be leaders in ecotourism activities that preserve natural environments and promote recognition of the cultural heritage of the Eastern Plains of Colombia.
Special Tax Regime
In accordance with the data processing and protection policy of Fundación Prodesarrollo de Casanare, and in compliance with paragraphs 2 and 4 of article 364-5 of the Colombian Tax Statute and articles 1.2.1.5.1.3. and 1.2.1.5.1.4. of decree 2150 of 2017, we make public the information relating to our application to remain within the Special Tax Regime, so that civil society may take part by submitting any comments it deems relevant.
